From Whangarei, follow the highway to Onerahi, Airport and Whangarei Heads. Pass through Tamaterau, and Parua Bay. At the turn-off to Whangarei Heads carry on straight ahead to Pataua. Turn right into Taiharuru Road (Range sign should be on signpost) Follow the sign and shortly spot the red range flag on the gate on the right hand side. Turn into gate, and proceed with care on range track especially with vehicles with limited ground clearance. You will see the Clubhouse about 200m ahead.
